Well, the time has come to leave Dubai….. It was certainly long enough. While it is a beautiful city, in the end it is a bunch of nicely built building without a hearth & soul. I much prefer places like India where it is dripping in culture and the senses get overloaded. This morning the cityscape was lovely with clear skies… After an hour or two the winds picked and the sand began blowing. You could barely see the city. The other thing of interest was the Pacific Princess, the Princess World Voyage arrived just before we left. I just missed my friends Ian & Carol, bummer. Now we are off to Muscat Oman.
