A beautiful day at the beach....

Today was a really nice day.... The sun was fabulous, there was a nice ocean breeze and it was very, very relaxing. Today was just what I needed..... I listened to music and read a bit. Occasionally I took a dip in the ocean and was pleasantly surprised that the water wasn't too bad. When I was in Rehoboth Beach I felt it was a little cool for my taste. It's realoly nice to be here visiting friends.... Ocean City is a really laid back beach community, very comfortable. I capped off the afternoon with a bike ride, OMG...excersize, what will be next?
