Day 187 Phu My, Vietnam

Today was a really nice day…. A group of 9 friends took off at 8:00 this morning from the port of Phu My, Vietnam heading for the Chu Chi Tunnels. These tunnels were used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War to hide from the US forces… It was difficult for me but also informative…. We also visited the market in Ho Chi Minh City which was amazing…. The best part for me was the hours we spent driving through the countryside, very cool…. Tomorrow a day at sea.

I lived a few blocks from the market, for a year, during the war, things look pretty much the same. Thanks for the pictures

I lost a number of friends there. That makes places that focus on the war a bit more difficult.
