The weather today was mostly crap.... The sun was out occasionally but mostly it rained. Later in the afternoon, we traveled south to Bethany Beach for a visit. We walked the boardwalk and hit the shops. I also stopped along the way to photo some of the towers left over from WWII. I loved seeing the old buzzards in the window of one of them, reminded me of a couple of close friends.... I had my daily Gelato fix and all was right with the world. Tomorrow morning I take the Cape May Lewes Ferry from Lewes Delaware to Cape May and then it is on to Ocean City, New Jersey to visit my friends... I hope the weather improves but tomorrow doesn't look promising...

I have just caught up with your travels after being away ourselves having done a cruise from Capetown to Dover etc.
I have enjoyed seeing your wonderful photos of the East Coast of the U.S. but am glad to have read that you will be doing another World Voyage.
I do enjoy reading about your wonderful travles.
