Had a absolutely wonderful day today..... I left Brunswick, Georgia around 6:00 a.m. and drove to Melbourne, Florida to spend the day at the beach and visiting a good friend, Barbara, whom I met on the 2008 Grand Asia Voyage. The day was just perfect.... It was nice to catch up with Barbara since it had been a long time since we had seen each other. Great day in the sun and a fabulous dinner on the balcony of the 9th floor overlooking the ocean... it just doesn't get any better than that! Tomorrow I drive the final leg of my journey into Ft. Lauderdale where I will spewnd 2 nights before boarding the Maasdam. I will be dining with my friends Mike & Janet from the 2009 Grand Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific Voyage... really looking forward to that! Also, I will be seeing a good friend Brad Elliott on the Maasdam... good times ahead!
