Day 144 Montevideo, Uruguay

Today we arrived around 8:00 a.m. into the port at Montevideo, Uruguay. Today was a day to just walk the old city of Montevideo and take in the sights and sounds. Then it was off to lunch at the fabulous Mercado del Puerto. The rest of the afternoon was spent poolside taking in the sun. WE now have 8 days at sea heading for Namibia, Africa.

Hi Jeff,
You don't know how wonderful it is to see photos of shortsleeved shirted people and a warm climate! As you've probably heard the East Coast is buried in the white stuff with another blizzard on the way. Maybe Mother Nature needs a gps for Valentine's Day! I hear Vancouver is having to truck in snow for the Winter Games.
Loved your pictures of the falls and the rainbow. Enjoy the sunshine.
