Day 209 Hakodate, Japan

It was bitterly cold as we pulled into Hakodate this morning.... I put on my long johns and prepared for a look around the city. I was here back in 2007 so it was nice to return. My tour around was very nice with the visit to Goryokaku Tower being at the top of the list because of the views. I also enjoyed walking along the waterfront and checking out the shops in the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses. It was a very nice, albeit a very cold day..... Less than 2 weeks to go.... depressing. I have a massage tomorrow to get over it.

I will be doing the 2011 World Voyage. Between now and the next world voyage I will be doing a lot of traveling, primarily road trips around the USA and Canada....

Amazing pictures and stories, you are extremely well at this, you should write a book. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
