Day 17 At Sea
So far we are 5 for 5 on great sea days…. It was a little windier than I would have liked but it was wonderful just then same….. I spent a relaxing day reading Dan Brown’s latest book, The Lost Symbol and listening to music. I then went in for another massage to top off a great day. I also did a little planning for the World Voyage portion of my trip. I booked a flight to Antarctica with a 4 ½ tour on land in the coldest place on the planet…. What was I thinking???? Whether or not I’ll take it will depend on getting some more info…. Tough to get while you are sailing. Tomorrow is our last day at sea before we hit Nuku Hiva, Marquesas …. Should be fun.

Can those stuck ashore without the avails of nice massage help you in your quest for info?
Sure Mr. Google! The note at the end of the description has this passage: "Should the Antarctica Landing not be possible due to inclement weather, an alternative route will be taken to Torres del Paine. The tour price will be reduced to reflect the new route." What would the new price be? That would be the important price to know.

Antartica vs Chile?
Long walk between the two locations?
Wonderful national park in Chile and the senery may be better than antartica.
Price hmmm, as stated it will be reduced which in itself is a good thing.
