Day 57 Ft.Lauderdale
Well, the time arrived to get off the Maasdam and I was happy to move on. I did have many great moments while on this 2 month stay. I am just sad that things happened on the Maasdam that basically changed how I feel about my future sailing with Holland America. It is hard to believe that just a short while ago I looked forward to sailing with them on the World Voyage every year and now..... not so sure. I will be boarding the Nieuw Amsterdam Sunday as the current adventure continues. I look forward to seeing Captain Van Zanne and his wife Apollonia.....

Jeff, We just got off the N.A. last Sunday and loved it. The crew was great and we loved the Cabanas on Deck 11. If you see Jayson up there tell him that "Sir Ben" said to take good care of you. We were on 2 weeks and the food/crew/art were all superb. Hope you have a great time.
Will you elaborate on the things that have happened that change your feelings about HAL? would love to hear some more seeing as you have some much experience with them. Hopefully the next part of your trip will be fantastic!
